Billion Bear Death Stare Pilsner - Italian
$5.00/10 oz
$7.00/14 oz
5.1% ABV DSSOLVR Asheville, NC • Batch from 1/31/24 IS IT A MAMA GRIZZY?? NOPE! IT’S ANOTHER ONE O’ DEM ITALIAN PILSNERS?! Yes. Yes, it is. Please welcome “Billion Bear Death Stare” back to the stage, y’all. We’ve been rocking “Cold Caprese Pizza” steadily for a while, and we’ve learned alot about Italian Pils production process during that time, so we wanted to bring back one of the first recipes we did in that style and breathe some life back into it! Brewed with a base of 100% @RiverbendMalt Cumberland Pilsner, hopped very aggressively with Hallertauer Mittelfruh and Wakatu on the hot side, fermented low and slow with our House Lager yeast, and spunded for 100% natural carbonation. We dry-hopped this cold (at Lager temps) with Saphir and Loral for a really fun, subtle, and nuanced layer of complexity. We get notes of fresh loaves of white bread and soup crackers slathered in Citrus Marmalade, someone shouting “THAT’S A GOOD BOY!” from a distance at a lovely dog with its’ cute tongue waggin’ all over the place, dainty cups of Green Tea with a slice of Strawberry floating around in there, and a hint of wind-kissed Wildflowers in a freshly-mown field. Obviously, this also packs our classic Lager character that we strive so hard to maintain: that Chippy-Boi™ crisp bite, minerality, and dry finish...but with a really fun twist. You already know.

$5.25/10 oz
$7.25/14 oz
5.8% ABV 20 IBU Against the Grain Brewery Louisville, KY • Caution: so good it WILL make you shit yourself!!!! The brown ale to end all brown ales. Enjoy it, because there is no longer any reason to drink another. You’ve reached the pinnacle. A healthy blend of traditional British malts give this popular style a semi-sweet, biscuity, slightly roasted flavor. Oats thicken the mouthfeel, and a handful of specialty malts add complex chocolate, toffee, and caramel notes. The hops are mostly traditional, earthy British hops, but we cocked it up a bit with some Cascade late in the boil just to show those snooty Brits that we don’t approve of that Constitutional Monarchy crap.

Non-Alcoholic Jelly King w/ Raspberry + Blackberry Non-Alcoholic - Sour
$8.02/16 oz Can
0.5% ABV Bellwoods Brewery Toronto, ON • Non-Alcoholic Jelly King is the culmination of our efforts to make a non-alc beer in Jelly King’s image, and one that can convincingly wear the Jelly King crown. We don’t often toot our own horn, but we’re really happy with the results. Jelly King translates well to a non-alc version, as many of the flavours that make it so nice to drink come from the yeast and the bacteria used in the brewing process. We sour the base of both the beer and the non-alc in the same way, and this results in interesting, predominantly peachy characteristics brought on by mixed fermentation. This limited edition Non-Alc Jelly King variant was conditioned on loads of raspberries and blackberries. Tart, fruity and delicious!
